YOU DO NOT NEED TO GET IN SHAPE BEFORE YOU START.

That is what the gym is for. Roaster meets you where you are, teaches you what to do, and gives you a community that makes it easier to keep coming back.

THREE SIMPLE STEPS

FROM “I SHOULD START” TO ACTUALLY STARTING.

01

Reach Out

Call or email Pete. Tell him what you want to improve, what you have tried before, and what feels intimidating.

02

Meet the Gym

See the space, talk through your goals, and figure out the best way to begin. No need to prove anything first.

03

Train at Your Level

Learn the movements, build consistency, and gradually earn intensity. The workout meets you where you are.

WHAT TO EXPECT

YOUR FIRST WEEK SHOULD FEEL CHALLENGING — NOT CONFUSING.

You will be coached. Movements can be scaled. Loads can be changed. Conditioning can be adjusted. The point is not to survive a workout designed for someone else; the point is to train appropriately and improve.

You will be coached. You are not handed a workout and left alone.

You can scale anything. Fitness level, age, or training history do not disqualify you.

You are allowed to be new. Nobody begins knowing every movement or skill.

Consistency beats heroics. The long game is the point.

COMMON QUESTIONS

YES, YOU CAN START HERE.

Do I need CrossFit experience?

No. Beginners are expected. Coaching, scaling, and skill development are part of the process.

What if I am out of shape?

You train at your level, not somebody else’s. The coaching is there to help you start appropriately and progress from there.

What if I have specific goals?

Personal training is available when one-on-one attention is the better fit.

What if I am nervous walking in?

Feeling nervous is normal. For most people, the hardest part is simply walking through the door. Once you are here, the coaching and the people around you make the process much easier.
